Okay, so this post is a little less wedding related than most I may write – there you have it, my upfront disclaimer. HOWEVER, I think it is totally wedding related for any of you brides out there looking to get in shape and seeking information on healthier eating habits to help you feel your hottest on your wedding day! Last week I ordered a book recommended by my friend, the Wander Lustrous, called How to Eat Like a Hot Chick. And I must say it only took me a about a day and a half to read. Have I mentioned I don’t really read for fun?

Anyway, you’re in for a short, quick read, and you’re also in for one of THE most entertaining healthy-eating books I have ever read. As long as your not too sensitive to a curse word here and there (okay more like a few handfuls of F-bombs), then you should be fine. You will learn all about butt class, living in your Heyday and not being a Mary Kate (a.k.a WAY too thin). In the end, it really just puts healthy eating into perspective when compared to eating out or eating junk food all the time. In other words, you only feel as hot as what you eat. And while I am in no way on a weight-loss kick, it definitely gave me something to think about! It’s all about finding your inner hotness and nurturing that feeling with good foods so you ALWAYS feel that way.

Needless to say, if you’re feeling a little less than hot, I suggest checking it out. It’s only $10 on Amazon and you’ll get some valid information out of it, plus A LOT of laughs!

I’ll leave you with a portion of their hot chick definition. A hot chick is:

A confident woman. She knows what she wants and gets it. She is aware of her flaws, but she doesn’t obsess over them and instead thinks that maybe (just maybe) they actually add to her unique beauty. She is passionate. She loves life. She is comfortable in her own skin and owns her sexuality, but uses it purely for good. She does not see other women as her enemy and competes only with herself to do her best at all times and to be her best at all times…

Happy reading and eating! Cheers!
