Just got back from Murphysboro, IL today where I was fortunate enough to help out with the P.Rath Couture fashion show. Patti Rath, founder of P.Rath Couture, invited me to to help coordinate and setup the event, which in the end turned out pretty awesome I think! If you read my post previously about planning the P.Rath show, you know that we came up with some fun little design touches here and there to keep the attendees engaged, make them feel welcome and encourage them to look around – specifically at the look postcards on the photo garland.
Patti and I had fun putting it together, along with her entire team (including all 1o models), and I believe the attendees would all agree that the show was a big success! Check out some of the photos from the fashion show and please share your thoughts! Also, be sure to click to page two on the photos below to see the girls on the runway!
While some of the design elements changed as we got closer to the event, it still accomplished what we wanted – a personal, welcoming and Spring-like touch for the attendees. After all, it was an at-home fashion show direct from Patti’s living room and dining room!
A big thanks to Patti for letting Dishy be a part of her event! It was a great time for all and I’m looking forward to the next one in October!
